As President and Chief Executive Officer for Charitable Ventures, Anne seeks out projects, initiatives, and people that help communities solve problems and bring about lasting change. Charitable Ventures is a regional nonprofit incubator and capacity builder that manages more than $12 million in project funds annually.
Anne founded Charitable Ventures in 2007 to help strengthen and sustain the nonprofit sector. In the last few years, Charitable Ventures has played a critical role in sponsoring several notable initiatives including: the OC Opportunity Initiative which works to strengthen services to immigrants in the region; the establishment and management of the first multi-tenant nonprofit center in Orange County, The Village at 17th Street; the management of Families and Communities Together, the SSA-funded network of family resource centers; the launch and support of Project Kinship, and the successful implementation of seven community health needs assessments on behalf of the St. Joseph Health System, among many other projects.
In addition to serving nonprofits through Charitable Ventures, Anne has herself served in a leadership capacity for foundations such as The Nicholas Endowment, the Orange County Funders Roundtable, and the Swayne Family Foundation. Finally, for 17 years she served as the Founder and CEO of The Olin Group, having served as the Board Chair for Charitable Ventures during that time. In 2019, The Olin Group and Charitable Ventures consolidated into one organization to better meet the needs of the region.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine and a Master of Arts degree in American History with an emphasis in Immigration Policy from Claremont Graduate University.
In 2017, Anne was awarded the OC Funders Roundtable Quiet Achiever Award for her work on behalf of Orange County. In 2019, Anne also received the prestigious Judith Swayne Leadership Award from the Swayne Family Foundation for her efforts in support of the mission of Charitable Ventures.
