Charitable Ventures’ Incubation Lab offers targeted strategic support for fiscally sponsored projects.
The goal of the Incubation Lab is to provide tangible, customized, capacity building support across critical business and development functions. Industry experts will provide guidance and coaching to Project Directors ready to strengthen the foundation and long-term sustainability for their unique initiative.

Projects will participate in an Organization Sustainability Assessment, a process currently offered to our paying clients. Course attendees receive a customized Sustainability Plan.
<b>NOW CLOSED</b> | April 19 | Case Statement Assessment
Work with Charitable Ventures’ longstanding consultant, Mission Up, to create or revise your current case statement to maximize your fundraising efforts and potential in the philanthropic market. Attendees will also receive a customized grant prospects list so that they can put their new learning into action.

Working with BLV Marketing, this course provides participating projects with an assessment of your current website to improve the user experience, and how to maximize its impact for today’s digital world.
<b>NOW CLOSED</b> | October 17 | Advisory Council Development
Working with Charitable Ventures, this course provides participating projects a clear road map for building and utilizing a Nonprofit Advisory Council, as you continue forward toward emancipation as a standalone nonprofit with a governing board.
