Joe Ball
Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer for Charitable Ventures, Joe oversees operations, human resources and the Social Impact group. Collaborating with the CEO and CFO, he drives CV’s organizational vision, operational strategy, and ensures effective recruiting. Focused on analyzing internal operations and identifying areas for process enhancement, he develops actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with the short and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO and CFO.

Joe has 25 years of diversified operations, finance and quality management experience in both a for-profit technical manufacturing and nonprofit social service environment. His experience also extends to domestic and international real estate development and property management.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration (Finance) degree both from Pepperdine University.
