Kristine Pulizzotto
Human Resources Specialist

As the Human Resources Specialist, Kristine fulfills a key role in the day to day operations of the Human Resources Department. She is responsible to carry out functional Human Resources tasks including recruitment, onboarding, training, workplace culture, payroll/benefits, legal compliance and contract management. She provides Human Resources support and guidance across the organization and she also provides general office administration support.

Kristine grew up in Orange County and has more than 30 years of corporate administrative experience. Her non-profit experience began in 1999 while working with government, educational, environmental agencies in Carson City, Nevada. This experience led to her role as Director of Operations with the Brewery Arts Center.

Upon her return to Orange County, she gained her certification as a medical assistant and phlebotomist. She now enjoys contributing to the success of an organization that provides vital support to so many worthy nonprofits.
