Linda Machida is an experienced grant writing consultant who has worked for non-profit organizations, foundations, and school districts throughout the Southern California area. She has successfully written federal, state, county, and private foundation grants focusing on education, community schools, career technical education, workforce development, arts and culture, health, social services, veterans and more. She was the initiating coordinator for a community-wide planning and collective impact project for the communities of Pasadena, Altadena, and Sierra Madre and has helped school districts develop their Local Control and Accountability Plans (LCAPs) and other plans. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and Project Management Certification from UCLA.
