Accounting Manager
TITLE: Accounting Manager
LOCATION: Santa Ana, California (Hybrid Schedule– 2 days remote/3 days on–site)

JOB SUMMARY: The primary role of the Accounting Manager is the creation of financial transactions and the preparation of various financial documents. Working closely with the Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager supports smooth financial operations and preparation of all financial components of the fiscal sponsorship platform. The Accounting Manager ensures that all income and expenses are recorded in compliance with State and Federal guidelines, laws, and regulations.

Families and Communities Together (FaCT) Evaluation Coordinator
TITLE: Families and Communities Together (FaCT) Evaluation Coordinator
LOCATION: Tustin, California
JOB SUMMARY: Work with the FaCT Coalition, FaCT Family Resource Centers (FRCs), Orange County Social Services Agency (SSA), and Program Administrative consultants (PACs) to support data collection, entry, processing, analysis, and evaluation requirements of all FRC Contracts. Primary responsibilities include performing data analysis and entry, supporting data trainings, utilizing the FaCT data management system, creating necessary reports, and supporting administrative tasks as needed.

Mental Health Clinician – Thrive Together OC
TITLE: Mental Health Clinician – Thrive Together OC
JOB SUMMARY: The primary role of the Mental Health Clinician is to implement and/or oversee the screening and intake process and perform primary psychosis assessments, diagnostic evaluations and psychosocial or cognitive assessments of project clients. The incumbent will prepare written reports of the evaluation and provide feedback to client, client’s family, and client’s providers, under the supervision of a licensed clinician. The Mental Health Clinician may also be responsible for providing clinical interventions when appropriate, drafting training and outreach materials, participating in consultation sessions with other providers and/or families, preparing reporting materials, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed by the project.

Program Manager – Project Kinship
TITLE: Program Manager – Project Kinship
JOB SUMMARY: The Program Manager has the opportunity to have a positive impact on their community by improving the lives of community members impacted by incarceration, gangs, and violence. They do this by leading a team of mental health services professionals in the development and delivery of effective treatment plans. This position has oversight of all aspects of program operations for the Community and Recovery Center Mental Health Program.

TITLE: Resource Specialist – Thrive Together OC
JOB SUMMARY: The Resource Specialist is a dynamic and multifaceted position. The primary role of the Resource Specialist is to manage a variety of administrative tasks, including clinical referrals, scheduling, client communications, and community outreach. The Resource Specialist may be involved in additional aspects of the project, such as assisting with progress monitoring and reporting, depending on prior experience and project need.
