TITLE: Data and Evaluation Coordinator

LOCATION: Santa Ana and Tustin, California

JOB SUMMARY: The Data and Evaluation Coordinator performs data analysis, processing, and entry, research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, creating data reports and evaluation tools such as surveys, forms, and protocols, and other logistical duties as needed. This position serves both the Client Services department and Families and Children Together (FaCT), a network of 16 Family Resource Centers throughout the county. The person in this position will split their time evenly between the two roles.

TITLE: Grant Manager

LOCATION: Santa Ana, California

JOB SUMMARY: The primary role of the Grant Manager is to plan, direct, and coordinate activities, primarily related to grant writing and fund development, in support of the organization’s clients. Areas of activity include grant strategy and program design, market analysis, fund research, grant writing, proposal development, program sustainability and financial scenario planning. The Grant Manager supervises a team of onsite client specialist and offsite grant writers and grant coordinators, ensuring that work is completed within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters and to the company’s standards. In addition, the Grant Manager will work with other CV staff on, business development, department strategy, special consulting projects and incubation services for our fiscally sponsored projects. JOB SUMMARY: The Start Well program provides consultative services through highly trained Early Childhood Mental Health Professionals within Early Childhood Education and Before & Afterschool programs to support the providers’ capacity to effectively work with children with challenging behaviors. Our goal is to sustain every child’s healthy social and emotional growth and provide developmentally appropriate individual behavior support for children showing persistent challenging behaviors.

TITLE: Administrative Manager – Family Solutions Collaborative

JOB SUMMARY: The Administrative Manager will be responsible for the oversight of multiple, concurrent service agreements and related work and will oversees the coordination and compliance of the Program to provide Homeless Prevention and Rapid Rehousing services, including housing for families experiencing homelessness and families at-risk of experiencing homelessness in Orange County.

This position shall be responsible for monitoring agreement activities to ensure that terms of the agreements are met; acts as liaison between the Providers and the County and represents the Family Solutions Collaborative in a variety of settings, contract monitoring, quality assurance, coordination of services, fiscal management and reporting of the Program.

The Administrative Manager will oversee a full-time Data and Compliance Coordinator for this Program, as well as work in coordination with the Accounting Tech to monitor budgets, disburse funds. JOB SUMMARY: The Communications and Development Coordinator plays a key role in achieving CHIOC’s outreach, branding and fundraising goals to support its long-term sustainability. TITLE: Program Officer – St. Joseph Community Partnership Fund

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a Program Officer who will serve as a primary grant making professional within the St. Joseph Community Partnership Fund (Fund).  The Program Officer works closely with community organizations, local leaders, health officials and other funders to determine local needs and opportunities for grant making and investments aligned with the Fund’s priority areas. The Program Officer provides comprehensive review and assessment of grant proposals. TITLE: Work2BeWell Director – Providence St. Joseph Health

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a Work2BeWell Director who will serve as the leader over our national digital wellness program (Work2BeWell) and is accountable for national program expansion, curriculum, digital assets (website, future app, social media accounts, future gaming platforms), external education partnerships, the national student advisory council (NSAC), program fundraising (in partnership with system philanthropy), and alignment with key stakeholders (other Community Partnerships programs, Mental Health CPG, HR, Population Health). This role will oversee program staff including internal and external education consultants.
