TITLE: Senior Accountant

JOB SUMMARY: The primary role of the Senior Accountant is the support of all aspects of day to day activity as well as monthly and as needed reported for community projects assigned. Working closely with the Director of Finance, the Senior Accountant supports smooth financial operations and to prepare all financial components of the fiscal sponsorship platform. TITLE: Census Field Coordinator – NALEO Educational Fund

JOB SUMMARY: The Census Field Coordinator will support NALEO Educational Fund’s national Census initiatives to promote a full count of the Latino population. This position will support the implementation of the National and Regional Census 2020 Get Out the Count to ensure the organization’s census program goals are coordinated and implemented. The Census Field Coordinator will work closely with the National and Regional Census team and other departments in the planning, data management and evaluation of the initiative. The position reports to the Deputy Director of National Census Program. This is a full-time, temporary, non-exempt position ending on December 31, 2020 with salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

TITLE: Executive Director – IHSS Public Authority

JOB SUMMARY: Under general direction of the Board of Supervisors, the Director of the Orange County Social Services Agency, and consistent with direction provided by the California Health and Human Services Agency, will provide overall policy and program direction for the Public Authority in collaboration with IHSS and cooperation with the IHSS Advisory Committee; responsible for management and administration of the Public Authority, including hiring, training, performance planning and supervising Public Authority staff; acting as a liaison to Board of Supervisors, County Executive Office and County Departments; providing staff support to the IHSS Advisory Committee; representing the Public Authority at the local and state level regarding Public Authority issues; being responsible for compliance with all relevant County, State and Federal laws, policies, regulations and agreements; participating in labor negotiation activities with the United Domestic Workers of America Union; preparing budget and determining funding needs and options; and performing other duties as assigned.

TITLE: Fund Development Coordinator – Community Health Initiative of Orange County (CHIOC)

JOB SUMMARY: The Fund Development Coordinator plays a key role in achieving CHIOC’s fundraising goals and supporting its long-term sustainability. The Coordinator serves as lead staff for CHIOC’s annual event, funder research, and writing and managing grant proposals.
