TITLE: Client Specialist II

JOB SUMMARY: The Client Specialist II provides expert planning services on topics such as strategic, sustainability, and business planning, collective impact collaboratives, board development, meeting and group facilitation, financial literacy, and organizational sustainability, within a collaborative team working environment. The Client Specialist II designs and leads planning processes from inception to completion, and frequently serves as the lead CV staff member in meetings and events. This role requires high engagement with planning work related to the client as well as playing a role in supporting the needs of other CV Clients and sponsored projects.

TITLE: Executive Assistant

JOB SUMMARY: The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for providing on-going support and coordination for the CEO and the Executive team. The EA enhances the Executive team’s effectiveness by providing high-level administrative and project support, and through representing the Executive team to both internal and external stakeholders. JOB SUMMARY: The primary role of the Operations Manager is to ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization’s operations and contract management functions. The Operations Manager focuses on improving operational systems, processes, and policies in support of organization’s mission – specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planning. The Operations Manager works to manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency across the organization through process and system improvements, as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. TITLE: Communications and Development Coordinator – Community Health Initiative of Orange County (CHIOC)

JOB SUMMARY: The Communications and Development Coordinator plays a key role in achieving CHIOC’s outreach, branding and fundraising goals to support its long-term sustainability. The Coordinator serves as lead staff for CHIOC’s outreach/communication to community supporters and stakeholders, annual event planning and implementation, funder research, and writing and managing grant proposals. TITLE: Work2BeWell Director – Providence St. Joseph Health

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a Work2BeWell Director who will serve as the leader over our national digital wellness program (Work2BeWell) and is accountable for national program expansion, curriculum, digital assets (website, future app, social media accounts, future gaming platforms), external education partnerships, the national student advisory council (NSAC), program fundraising (in partnership with system philanthropy), and alignment with key stakeholders (other Community Partnerships programs, Mental Health CPG, HR, Population Health). This role will oversee program staff including internal and external education consultants. This role will be an external face for our Work2BeWell program and will represent Providence with national students, educators, administrators, and non-profit educational organizations. It will also interface with key social media organizational leadership such as Instagram / Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
