Disaster and Relief Fund Administration

In the event of a health or environmental crisis, relief fund administration can be critical to promptly deploy flexible funding to meet emergent community needs and provide support to those most impacted by these events. Charitable Ventures can help with program development, administration, and quickly deploy funding where it’s needed most.

When the pandemic began in 2020, Charitable Ventures had no idea that we would literally be distributing millions of dollars of relief to our neighbors and partners. Since March 2020, we have distributed more than $30 million in relief and disaster funding helping individuals directly in the aftermath of both COVID and other natural disasters, supporting small businesses, and regranting to community organizations. And we don’t plan to stop!

Donor Advised Funds

Our donor-advised fund (DAF) program offers a philanthropic vehicle that allows donors to make an initial tax-efficient charitable contribution, and then distribute grants from the fund over time. Donors can also use their DAF to fundraise to grow their granting program. Our experienced team can help you set up a fund, and guide you through fundraising and grant making activities, all in a tax-compliant manner.

Grant Program Strategy and Implementation

For almost 20 years, we have helped foundations design and implement grant programs that deploy targeted and effective investment into community programming in alignment with your goals and values. From the initial strategy, through RFP creation and deployment, and applicant screening and selection, our team makes effective grant making easier.

Grantee Technical Assistance

Your partnership with your grantees doesn’t have to end when you send the grant. Our team provides technical assistance, evaluation, facilitation support, and other services that help build the capacity of your grantees.

Employee Assistance Funds (EAF)

These branded funds can enhance your employee support efforts by offering qualified employees, who are facing unexpected hardships and financial stress, the opportunity to apply for financial assistance.
