Data and Evaluation Manager, FaCT
For the last 10 years, Rossy Gaitán has specialized in database management in the nonprofit sector. As Data and Evaluation Manager for Families and Communities Together (FaCT), she has the longest and most in depth understanding of the FaCT database system. She leads formal and informal large group trainings, as well as providing immediate assistance and troubleshooting as needed for over 200 FaCT Network database users. Additionally, Rossy designs and updates the database throughout a contract cycle including designing and retrieving monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Prior to her current position, Rossy worked for Orangewood Foundation as Senior System Support Specialist for the FaCT Program’s Data & Evaluation department. Rossy has also been recognized as Staff of the Month on several occasions.
Rossy holds a Bachelor of Arts/Sciences degree in Business Administration from Universidad Rafael Landivar, from Guatemala. She has 4 children and 4 cats, and enjoys spending time with her family; she loves the outdoors, music and reading.
