Shannon Pezzolla

As a Grants Consultant for Charitable Ventures, Shannon Pezzolla focuses on fund development services, meeting the unique needs of each client through grant writing and editing, strategic planning, fund research, work plan and grants calendar development.

Prior to her position at Charitable Ventures, Shannon worked for a wide range of nonprofit organizations throughout Orange County. She has a passion for the nonprofit sector, supporting organizations dedicated to community development, public health and social change. Some of her past work experience includes strategic planning, program and grant services for International Sanctuary, Kidworks, Orange County Women’s Health Project, Orange County Alliance for Community Health Research and Mary & Dick Allen Diabetes Center.

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a Master of Public Health with a focus on Community Health Sciences from UCLA.  Shannon lives in North Tustin with her husband and three daughters. When she is not volunteering or working in the health or social sector, she is outside enjoying nature, hiking, at the beach, adventuring with her family or working on a creative project.
