As Director of Operations & Technology at Charitable Ventures, Aileen leads the systems, infrastructure, and technology initiatives that enable the organization to operate efficiently and scale its impact. She oversees enterprise systems, facilities, and the operations team, ensuring processes and tools empower staff, support clients, and drive organizational growth.
Aileen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new foods from different cultures.
