Amy serves as the Director of Clients & Services at Charitable Ventures, a key role in which she advances the organization’s mission by overseeing all sponsored and administered fund accounts. She leads the division responsible for providing a range of services, including fiscal sponsorship (incubation), re-granting initiatives, and project management for public contracts.
Amy also spearheads business development, actively building relationships with new clients and partners. She is dedicated to ensuring that nonprofits throughout the region understand how Charitable Ventures’ services can help them elevate their work and create a greater community impact. She’s passionate about collaborating with community stakeholders to address pressing social issues in Orange County and beyond.
Before joining Charitable Ventures, Amy worked for seven years as the Executive Director of a New Jersey-based nonprofit, then called VolunteerConnect. During her time there, she launched several capacity building initiatives to advance pro bono service including a board training program for individuals, and corporations, like Janssen Pharmaceuticals and NRG Energy. She also created the state’s first skills-based volunteer matching program and often spoke at workshops and seminars about skilled volunteerism. Her work earned her the Princeton-Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce’s “Community Leader of the Year” award in 2017.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology from UCLA. She lives at the beach with her husband and bouncy chocolate Labrador and has two grown children. Her kryptonite is a glass of red wine paired with Gruyère cheese and crusty Italian bread.
