Gabriela currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Chapman University Office of DEI. She has a proven track record of developing critical partnerships, fostering collaboration across campus divisions, and interacting with diverse communities.
As an experienced leader, Gabriela has successfully managed high-pressure environments and demonstrated practical instructional abilities at the college level. Her educational background spans multiple high-level degrees and certificates, culminating in a Doctoral Degree in Higher Education Leadership (Ed.D.) from California State University Long Beach in 2016.
