Reshma Block is the Chief Technology Officer for Tricon Residential (NYSE: TCN), a publicly traded rental housing company which owns over 38,000 single-family and multi-family rental homes across North America. She is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience, as a business executive and has been at the forefront of the latest technologies.
Reshma has a diverse background in Fortune 100 and startup companies, specializing in technology, real estate, healthcare, government, and hospitality industries. As an independent director for over ten years, Reshma has been instrumental in significant systems transitions, strategic planning, and digital transformation initiatives.
Reshma holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Outside of her professional achievements, Reshma co-founded the Block Family Foundation in 2010, dedicated to supporting women’s and children’s causes.
